Lake View

Lake View (see above) is our award-winning contemporary venue within the theme park. Since opening in spring 2006, it has proved a popular choice for more then 100 companies including O2, Nokia, BT, PriceWaterhouseCooper and Samsung.

An ideal venue for your next corporate family fun day, dinner dance, company day out or award ceremony, Lake View at THORPE PARK works equally well as a party or conference centre, or a location for your company's team-building activities.

THORPE PARK is a wonderful place to mix business with pleasure. If you are looking for an event venue that offers something truly unique for between 50 - 7,000 guests, this is it.

Conferences

Lake View at THORPE PARK has been designed to the highest specifications with you the event organiser in mind. The venue has the space for you to host conferences for up to 500 delegates either theatre style, classroom style or cabaret style with a separate space for refreshments and lunch.

Full Day delegate package

Our FULL Day delegate package includes:

Exclusive use of Lake View from 09.00-17.00
Private cloakroom
Event hostesses & staff
Unlimited soft drinks
Coffee and tea with Mini Danish pastries served on arrival
Coffee and tea with freshly baked biscuits served mid-morning
Coffee and tea with cakes served during the afternoon
Two course buffet Lunch
Access to the theme park (subject to seasonal opening times)

Half Day delegate package

Our HALF Day delegate package includes:

Exclusive use of Lake View from 09.00-13.00
Private cloakroom – half day
Event hostesses & staff
Unlimited soft drinks
Coffee and tea with Mini Danish pastries served on arrival
Coffee and tea with freshly baked biscuits served mid-morning
Two course buffet or BBQ Lunch
Access to the theme park (subject to seasonal opening times)

AV package

The AV package includes:

Event and lighting technician for the duration of your event
LCD Projector and screen

Teambuilding

Based in our contemporary conference venue - Lake View - our team building packages provide you with a complete event that incorporates all the thrills of THORPE PARK whilst providing teams with a structured team event.

THORPE PARK EXTREME CHALLENGE

Delegates will need to face their fears on this extreme challenge around the Nations Thrill Capital! The challenge requires delegates to answer questions and conduct tasks and activities to win points for their team. They will be ably assisted by a “kit bag” containing amongst other items, refreshments and a camera to help capture some of the action!

THORPE PARK DESIGNER RIDE

Has your team got what it takes to create the next big ride? Then here’s your chance!

But first you’ll need to secure the specialist equipment required to design and build your crazy coaster!

With a range of team tasks to complete to secure your resources you’ll need to work fast and organise your team to earn your equipment and ensure that your coaster is ready for the grand opening at the end of the session!

A great activity that incorporates the thrills of the Park and a team activity that’s guaranteed to get the team thinking out of the box.

THORPE PARK BIG PICTURE

Enjoy the thrills and spills of THORPE PARK as part of this unique team building activity which sees teams working together to create a fantastic piece of thrilling art - on a giant scale.

But before they can embark on their artistic quest, teams will be required to earn the paints, canvases, brushes and team instructions by completing a range of thrilling challenges around the park.

The end result sees the team unveiling their completed masterpiece, our Big Picture package is a structured and fun team building activity that will guarantee some amazing results!

Park Buy Outs

THORPE PARK is the UK’s THRILL CAPITAL. It is the perfect place to entertain your clients reward your staff and involve everyone’s families. Nowhere else can offer you as many great rides and fun attractions suitable for all ages.

For a really exclusive experience, why not hire out THORPE PARK exclusively for your guests and experience exhilarating rides in the dark?!

THORPE PARK is available for exclusive evening hire from 6pm - 11pm for up to 7,000 guests. A park buy-out offers your company use of all the rides, restaurants and retail outlets. In addition a buy-out provides exceptional branding opportunities.

THORPE PARK Evening Buyout package includes:

Use of the Park exclusively to your group
Retail outlets and rides open subject to availability
Use of Lake View hospitality structure, 19.00 to 23.00 (if required)
Staffing of Lake View hospitality structure, as required

Please note: Rides will close 1 hour before the end time of your event.
