Staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that there was always someone at hand. When we lost our parcel you stayed on it till we found it. You don't panic – we felt safe in your hands.

You made us feel very welcome. Also we changed out timings for tea and lunch a fair bit and that was no problem to you. Loads of people commented that the lunch was much better than expected, a very high standard.

Staff responded very quickly to requests for help. Also the proximity of the refreshments was so convenient. You were refreshing the drinks and food almost invisibly so we hardly had to ask for anything.

Teambuilding

We had our first ever Mind Candy Summer event this year at Thorpe Park.

We were really excited when we saw the conference facilities. The venue provides a spacious area that is light and airy with a good sized stage, projection screen and really good AV equipment.

We were able to get refreshments from a coffee shop in the food court just across the way from the marquee which kept everyone going throughout the morning.

In the afternoon we took advantage of the rides and enjoyed the sunshine.

Thorpe Park provided us with a great mixture of the formal and informal and all our staff enjoyed the day immensely.

For a creative multi-media entertainment company it provided the right back drop for us to reflect on what has become a rollercoaster ride in our company's development!
