Annual Passes Photo cards can only be issued to guests aged 12 years or older. Anyone aged 12 or under needs to have a parent or guardian present at THORPE PARK before we are able to issue the Annual Pass photo card. You can renew your THORPE PARK ANNUAL PASS at the Annual Pass building on Park.

Standard Merlin Annual Pass restrictions:
Use of a Standard Individual Merlin Annual Pass is subject to attraction operating calendars and the following restrictions;
No entry during the month of August at The EDF Energy London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, London Dungeon and Madame Tussauds London.
No entry to the The EDF Energy London Eye on on 14 February, 27 - 31 July or 29 to 31 October.
No entry from 29th to 31st October at The London Dungeon.
A £5 event fee applies during Frights Nights, other events are also subject to an event fee.
Attraction parking fees are not included.
No entry to the secondary attractions including the Castle Dungeon and Merlin - The Dragon Tower at Warwick Castle and the waterpark, extraordinary golf and spa at the Alton Towers Resort.

Redeeming Passes During the Winter Season
We will be processing Merlin Annual Pass this year during the winter period.
Please make sure you include your booking confirmation sheet, passport sized photos for each person named on the application form, and the completed application form and send it back to the following address.

We aim to process all applications within 5 working days. Any forms received by 16:00 on 12th December 2011 will be processed and dispatched in time for Christmas. Any forms received after this time will not be processed until January 2012. Any incomplete applications will be sent back without being processed.

- Renew your UK Merlin Annual Pass (“Annual Pass”) online via http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk up to 4 weeks after its expiration and we guarantee that the renewal price will be, subject to these terms and conditions. the lowest available .
- If you find a cheaper price for your renewal Annual Pass (excluding delivery and fulfillment costs) within 30 days of purchase, we will match it and refund the difference. For the avoidance of doubt, this 30 day period commences on the day of purchase of your renewal Annual Pass and not on the day of collection or delivery of it.
- To qualify, the cheaper Annual Pass must be available to the general public and identical to the renewal Annual Pass purchased from us, including, but not limited to the:
- pass options, such as standard or premium;
- collection/processing attraction;
- fulfillment type, such as post or collection;
- pass type, such as individual, family of 3, family of 4, or family of 5, disabled or carer; and
- payment method, such as credit card, debit card, cash or cheque.
- Claims must be made by email to merlin.annualpass@merlinentertainments.biz within 30 days of purchasing your renewal Annual Pass. Your claim must include proof of your purchase, your name, your address, any order reference numbers, full details of when and where you purchased your renewal Annual Pass and any other relevant information that will enable us to verify your claim. You must include full details of when and where you saw the cheaper alternative, such as websites, addresses and/or contact details. Your claim will be unsuccessful if you provide us with inaccurate information or if you fail to provide us with enough information to enable us to verify it.
- The following are excluded from this renewal price guarantee:
- offers conditional on buying other products;
- group bookings and/or bulk purchases;
- Annual Passes sold at discounted rates for clearance purposes; and
- discounted membership schemes, incentive schemes and/or loyalty schemes.
- This price guarantee applies to passes renewed online at http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk only and therefore excludes passes that are sold privately or through websites including, but not limited to:

A Merlin Annual Pass can only be used by one person; pass sharing is not allowed and will result in the pass being withdrawn without compensation. Each passholder will receive their own pass which will feature the holders photograph, name and date of birth which may be checked upon entry. Once sold, the Merlin Annual Pass is not refundable and must be collected from the attraction within 30 days, subject to attraction operating calendars and exclusion dates.
