Whilst we will always endeavour to restart a ride or attraction following a temporary stoppage so guests can continue their experience, there are rare occasions where an assisted exit may be required.

If this happens, please remain calm and follow all instructions from our team members. Our staff are highly trained in assisted exit procedures and will guide guests through every stage of the process safely and clearly. In some cases, specialist equipment may be required, which can result in delays, but we will always work to evacuate guests as quickly and safely as possible.

Ride stoppages and temporary interruptions can occur as part of the normal operation of complex rides and attractions, including situations where safety systems automatically pause a ride as a precautionary measure. Any decision to carry out an assisted exit is made in accordance with strict safety procedures and operational protocols.

Following an evacuation, our Guest Services team will be available to discuss any immediate concerns and determine how best to support guests based on the circumstances and impact on their visit.
