The Ride
Strap in for an extreme ride experience where chaos reigns supreme on Vortex!
This disorienting thrill ride sees you lose yourself in a magnificent maelstrom where you're weightless one second and plummeting earthwards the next!
You'll be spinning while you're swinging, as the giant pendulum thrashes through the air like the claw of a crazed mechanical monster. The only question is, can you handle it?
Can I ride?
To ride Vortex at THORPE PARK you must:
- be at least 1.4m tall (chest and size restrictions also apply)

Vortex is great! You swing and spin which makes it a great ride! You start low and you get higher and higher and you spin more and more!

Vortex is wicked you literally get flung all about and you just feel as if you're flying. The best thing about Vortex was the way you get faster & faster!

This ride is FANTASTIC! It swings and spins, getting higher and higher. You will love this ride, just like I did. Not one for after lunch!
