Our Resort regulations state “No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security”.

TICKETS AND ANNUAL PASSES

You can pick up your pass from our Annual Pass building, which will be open on: 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th January, 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th February, 4th and 11th March 2017

And then on all of our normal opening days in the season

Yes, tickets can be re-validated for a £5 charge per ticket. You must have your original tickets or proof of purchase. On special events this fee may be more.

Unfortunately we do not provide a spectator rate as all the rides and attractions at THORPE PARK Resort are included in the entrance ticket price. All guests will require an entry ticket if they wish to attend the Resort.

If you did not receive your confirmation email or tickets, please check your junk and spam folders, as at times emails can automatically be sent here.

To pick up any orders you will need to have the card that was used to purchase the tickets present at time of collection. 

This excludes Annual Passes, if you are picking up Annual Passes the purchaser must be present. 

You will still be able to collect your tickets on the day provided you bring the reference number, alternatively contact 08716631673. Calls cost 13p per minute. 

You can buy your fastrack tickets here; simply add them to your basket with your day tickets to purchase. We also have day ticket packages which include fastrack packages here.

Return to the attraction that issued your Annual Pass for replacement card for a £10 fee. 

Each voucher has specific conditions or restrictions, please read the voucher carefully, especially for dates it may not apply. No two offers can be used in conjunction with each other. No vouchers can be used for online bookings. For details on how to redeem specific vouchers please see the promotional vouchers section below. 

Passholders will be given priority entry to the Resort before normal day guests however this will be at resort opening time.

You may freeze the time left your THORPE PARK Resort Annual Pass under exceptional medical circumstances. 

All freezing requests must be sent to customer.services@thorpe-park.co.uk with signed documentation from a Doctor/GP that specifically states that you are unable to attend THORPE PARK Resort with the length of time you will be unable to attend for. It is within THORPE PARK Resort's discretion to freeze THORPE PARK Resort Annual Passes. 

Any changes to your circumstances need to be reported to the team as soon as possible in order for us to freeze your Passes. Unfortunately under no circumstances will we be able to backdate Passes for any lost time.  

Unfortunately we no longer accept Blue Peter Badges for entry to THORPE PARK Resort.

FACILITIES

A limited amount of Buggies are available from Sweets & Souvenirs. Please note that a maximum rental fee of £9 applies, and a refundable deposit of £20 is required. Buggies must be returned within 30 minutes of the Park closing time to guarantee that the deposit is returned.

We have 3 baby changing facilities on the Resort, in the following locations:

Admissions Area – Located in female toilets

Calypso (Opposite Detonator) – Located opposite detonator

Canada Creek – Located at the back end of toilets

We also have baby changing facilities in our Upper Dome disabled toilet. A RADAR key will be required to open this. These keys can be attained from Guest Services for a £10 refundable deposit.

You can enjoy FREE WiFi when you’re at THORPE PARK Resort. Just look for ‘The Cloud’ on your device, sign up and get online. 

Our First Aid Centre is found in the Lower Dome Area and is manned by qualified staff who can help with any injuries and illnesses on Resort. We cater for any extra needs you may have such as the storage of medicines, a water fountain and vending machines for painkillers.

Guest Services (located in lower Dome, facing Depth Charge) are more than happy to help with the following:

Height Check: For smaller guests, a one-time height check is available. This will avoid you having to be checked at every attraction.
Parent Swap: If your children are under the height restriction but you still want to ride, try Parent Swap, where one parent queues on behalf of both.
Lost Property: Misplaced your property? It may have already been handed in to Guest Services so be sure to check, or to fill out a lost property form, so we can reunite you with your item, if it is found.
Children’s Wristbands:Place your phone number inside special wristbands so we can contact you if your group gets separated. Available from Guest Services or the Medical Centre.
Disabled Access: Guests registered as disabled, please visit Guest Services to see how we can help you get the most out of your visit.

We strongly recommend you use our lockers as loose items cannot be taken onto most rides, with the exception of some water rides. Lockers cost £2 (please note these only take £2 coins) and are non-refundable. 

The car park is charged at a rate of £7 per day, it is advised that you purchase a car park ticket prior to your visit if you are booking online, you can do that here. We operate a barrier system on exit, please be considerate of our other guests and ensure you have your ticket ready to be scanned when leaving. Items are left in your vehicle at your own risk. 

Coaches can park in our coach car park (to the right hand side when facing the Resort) and can park free of charge. 

Motorcycles can park free of charge at the front of the car park.

We do not have a dedicated area for praying, however we can recommend a few quieter area's around the Resort such as:

- The grass area of the Lake view marquee (if no event is currently running).

- The Sunken Gardens (located to the left of the entrance to Stealth).

RIDES

The resort operates normally in the rain including all rides (all rides are subject to availability on any day of your visit). 

All rides require guests to brace themselves, therefore guests with broken limbs or casts are not permitted to ride, for their own safety and the safety of others. 

Opened in 1989, Loggers Leap has been a firm favourite amongst families and young adults. Logger’s Leap area is still under redevelopment for 2017 and we hope for it to make a splashback soon. 

The rides and attractions will close their queue lines at the same time as the Resort closes.
