How to Get Here

Our 2011 season has now ended, but we'll be open again from 15th March 2012 with an amazing new ride, The Swarm.

We're just 20 miles from Central London, with plenty of great transport links. Check all the details below so you can work out the quickest route to the Nation's Thrill Capital!

Where is THORPE PARK?

THORPE PARK is situated between junctions 11 and 13* of the M25. (*Note: Access from Junction 12 of the M25 is not possible).

By Train

Regular South West Trains run from Waterloo direct to Staines, which is the recommended railway station for traveling to THORPE PARK.

Approximately 5 trains run per hour to and from London Waterloo, with a journey time of between 30 to 50 minutes. Staines can also be reached directly via other mainline stations:

  • Reading: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 46 minutes, and a less frequent service running on Sundays.
  • Weybridge: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 29 minutes, and a less frequent service running on Sundays with 1 train every hour.
  • Windsor & Eton Riverside: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 14 minutes.

The 950 shuttle link operates from Staines station to THORPE PARK running every 15-20 minutes - details of which can be found in the Bus section below.

Alternative route

An alternative route to THORPE PARK is available via Chertsey Station, with 2 trains running every hour to Chertsey from Waterloo via Staines, except on Sundays when there is 1 train every hour.

You can then catch either the 51 or the 446 from Heriot road. A map showing the location of Chertsey Railway station in relation to THORPE PARK can be found here.

By Bus

Staines Bus Station is a 5 minute walk from Staines Railway Station. Buses to THORPE PARK depart from Stand 2, however, the 950 THORPE PARK Express departs directly from Staines Railway Station running every 15-20 minutes.

THORPE PARK is within easy reach of London. From the M25 take junctions 11 or 13* and follow A320 to THORPE PARK.
