Bag storage will be available once you enter the Hyperia ride station. For items of value, please use the secure lockers found around the park. Please ensure you secure all your loose items before boarding the trains and prepare to Find Your Fearless.
If you’d like to experience Hyperia from a front row view please speak to a member of staff in the ride station who will be happy to assist.
There sure is! Please enter via the Single Rider queue, Please note, the Single Rider queue is designed to fill empty seats to maximise capacity, therefore you must be willing to ride alone and split from your group if applicable.
You can amend your visit date by clicking the ‘Manage your booking’ link in your booking confirmation. This opens up the Booking Portal where you can see the available dates to move your visit to. Please note, you can only move to dates priced the same or lower than your original booking. if you make a change via the booking portal, you can click on ‘email itinerary’ to receive a new e-mail confirmation or click on the link to view your tickets to check the change has been made.
Yes, Hyperia will feature a Fastrack queue line. We are anticipating high demand for the ride during its opening period, so to ensure the main queue line is moving as quickly as possible, we are limiting Hyperia Fastrack tickets. All Fastrack tickets will need to be booked on the day of your visit (from the Fastrack Kiosk or Hotel Reception) and cannot be booked in advance.

No additional ticket is needed for Hyperia it is included in your entrance ticket. Tickets, Annual Passes and Hotel Stays can all be purchased through the website. Thorpe Park have also unveiled a BRAND NEW Limited Edition ‘Golden Ticket’. For just £49, The Golden Ticket entitles guests to two day visits to Thorpe Park, one for dates up to and including the 23rd May 2024 and one for dates between 24th May 2024 and 30th Sept 2024.
All guests staying at the Thorpe Shark Cabins get one hour Fastrack between 10am – 11am on the 2nd day. Hyperia is not included in one hour Fastrack.
Guests staying in a Hyperia themed cabin will get one single-use Hyperia Fastrack ticket per person included within the stay.
Guests staying in any of our themed cabins (Colossus, Nemesis Inferno, Stealth or The Swarm) can purchase one single-use Bolt-On ticket for £20 per person.

Hyperia features a state-of-the-art lap bar system which allows for a more comfortable and ride experience and will really maximise that sense of weightlessness – one of the unique aspects of Hyperia - whilst ensuring you’re safely secure at all times. A test seat will be available at the ride entrance for those of you who’d like to try before you fly!

Hyperia is set to push the limits of excitement for even more people than ever before having been designed with a height requirement of just 1.3m. We will update our website and app with more details ahead of the ride opening. Please note, a test seat will be available at the ride for those of you who’d like to try before you fly!
Due to strong magnetic forces on the ride, Hyperia is not recommended for those with a pacemaker fitted.

Absolutely! Ride Access Passes are valid for use on Hyperia as a one-time use. You’ll find the Ride Access Pass entry point at the main entrance to Hyperia. When you collect your timecard it will allow you access to Hyperia once each visit, this can be used at any time across that day. This is not Fastrack, and users should expect a queue at the Ride Access Pass entrance upon arrival. This policy is in place to ensure as many guests as possible, who visit Thorpe Park get to experience Hyperia in the opening months, this will be reviewed toward the end of the year.
Yes pre-booking is essential. You will need to pre-book your Ride Access Pass each time you visit. All Ride Access Pass booking must be completed through our pre-booking portal you can find here.
Hyperia itself does not have a Ride Access Pass user maximum capacity, however we do have a capacity for Ride Access Passes each day, this number has been calculated with the user experience in mind to keep queues to a minimum throughout their visit. We are expecting bookings to be very popular for Hyperia so advise booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, when we have reached capacity we are not able to add additional users to the system for that day.
The timecard you are given will have Hyperia printed on the back. Once you reach the Ride Access Pass queue line the team member will hole punch the card. If your timecard is lost Hyperia will automatically be used and cannot be transferred.
Your timecard will not be timed out for Hyperia as a gesture in these opening months. This policy is in place to minimise the impact of long queue times on the rest of your visit, this will be reviewed toward the end of the year. We would not advise using Hyperia as your first ride of the day if you would like to avoid queues.
