Booking Options
Planning a Trip
If you are in the process of planning a visit, you can reserve the date of your trip and confirm final numbers later (10 working days before your visit date). We aim to respond to booking requests within 7 days. Please note If your visit is within the next 10 days, you’ll need to use our online booking portal.
Ready to confirm (Online Booking Portal)
Our quickest confirmation method. If you know your visit date and final numbers and would like to pay by credit card we advise using our online booking portal. Your tickets will be sent to you by email on completion of payment through the portal. Please be aware bookings through this option are non-refundable and non-transferable
Additional Information
Each booking comes with two free planning tickets for teachers to help teachers who may be less familiar with the park. This is to aid planning your trip operationally and to complete your own risk assessment.
