Planning a school trip? You’re in the right place. Complete the enquiry form and we’ll be back in your inbox within 7 days with availability.
We’ll place your booking on a provisional hold, reserving your date but giving you breathing room to get everything signed off.
The key bits (worth a quick scan)
- 2 weeks before your visit date: time to confirm or cancel
- Your tickets will be emailed as soon as everything’s confirmed
- Pay by bank transfer or card. Payment due within 15 days of confirmation
The important fine print (no surprises here)
- Once you’ve confirmed and finalised numbers, your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable
- No tickets = no entry. Provisional bookings won’t get you through the door.

- Confirm your visit date
- Select ticket quantities
- Pay by credit card
Your tickets will be emailed as soon as payment is complete.

You’re in charge, here’s how to confirm, cancel or update your booking.
You will need to confirm your booking to secure and finalize your trip. This is easily done here.
We understand that numbers can change, should this be the case, we just need you to fill out our amendment form.
Whilst it would be a shame if you’re no longer able to visit us, we know that this sometimes can’t be helped! You can cancel a school trip reservation for free any time before you confirm your provisional booking. To cancel, complete an amendment form to notify us here.
If you have already confirmed your booking with us, cancellation will not be possible. Please ensure bookings are only confirmed once you are certain the trip can go ahead as planned.

Whether you’re teaching from home or leading a small home-education group, home-educated students are entitled to our school rates, making it easy to plan an educational visit that’s both inspiring and practical.
Your preferred date of visit must be between Monday-Friday UK Term Time and requested more than two weeks in advance through our home education provisional booking. We aim to respond to booking requests within 7 days.
