Fright Nights® VIP Experiences

VIP Entry packages are available to purchase for every day of our operating season. If a date is unavailable to book, this is because we have reached our online capacity for bookings on this date. For enquiries, please email vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and the team will try their best to accommodate you!

Date changes are not guaranteed, but please email the VIP team at vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and they will see what they can do. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.

Your dedicated VIP Host is with you all day, from park opening until the last ride — or from 2pm with our RIP Nights package. Let us know your arrival time when booking so we can make the most of your day.

All hot drinks can be redeemed from Coffee Shack (Costa) or Last Call Café (Costa)

Excludes Burger King, KFC, retail shops, seasonal offerings and alcohol. One of each eligible item may be redeemed at a time - no stockpiling or saving items for later. Participating units, menus and opening times are subject to availability. Full terms and conditions can be found here.

All rides are included in your package except Depth Charge, and access is subject to ride availability on the day.

The Phantom Five VIP Maze Experience gives you up to 2 hours 30 minutes to conquer all four of our soul-sucking scare mazes. With two time slots to choose from, you can pick the one that best suits your night of terror.

• 15:00 – 17:30
• 18:00 – 20:30

You must have a valid park entry ticket or passholder prebook to experience Phantom Five.

If you’ve secured your spot for Phantom Five, make sure you also have a valid Fright Nights entry ticket or Passholder reservation for the day. You can arrive up to 2 hours before your booking time. Head to the Fastrack Kiosk to meet the VIP team and collect your wristband.

Your wristband must be valid and worn to redeem priority entry to the mazes.

Parking is not included with your Phantom Five experience and will need to be purchased separately.

This experience is exclusive to selected Thorpe Park and Merlin Annual Passholders. You must hold a valid Annual Pass on the date of your experience. If you do not have an eligible Annual Pass, your experience may be cancelled without refund

Merlin Discovery and Merlin Essential Passes are not eligible.

As this is an Passholder Exclusive Product, you must have a valid passholder pre-book on the day of your experience. Parking is not included and can be purchased separately here

Yes. Guests must be aged 12+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+. Backstage Tours may not be suitable for all due to the physical requirements. All of our mazes are fully wheelchair accessible; however please be aware that some of our back of house pathways may not be.

Behind the Screams tours run from 12:00pm. Please meet outside Lakeview Marquee 15minutes before your experience. Further information will be shared in your confirmation email. 

Our Behind the Screams tour lasts up to 90 minutes.

Groups of up to 12 can experience the Behind the Screams Tour together.
Please be aware that you may share the experience with another party.

Photography is permitted unless stated otherwise at specific sections of the tour however, to keep the experience exclusive to those attending, filming is strictly prohibited.
