Annual Pass Gift Voucher Full Terms and Conditions

1. The gift voucher ("Voucher") entitles the recipient to exchange it at Thorpe Park Resort ("the Resort") for an individual Thorpe Park Resort annual pass.
2. The Voucher may only be exchanged in person at the Resort by the person who will be the annual pass holder. Individuals cannot exchange the voucher on behalf of someone else.
3. The Voucher will not provide entry to the Resort and it must be exchanged for an annual pass in order to gain entry.
4. Valid identification must be provided in order to exchange the Voucher and obtain the annual pass.
5. The annual pass will be valid for 12 months from the date it is obtained.
6. The Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, reward or loyalty program.
8. Check opening dates and time on the Resort website before travel.
9. The Voucher will entitle the holder to an annual pass only and does not include any other expenses that may be incurred. It does not include transport costs to or from the Resort, parking charges or any other costs associated with the visit.
10. Height, age and weight restrictions apply on some rides. Some rides will require guests who only just meet the minimum height requirements to be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over.
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Resort will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of attending the Resort except where it is caused by the negligence of the Resort or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Resort or any member of the Resort's staff may, at its sole discretion, refuse redemption and/or confiscate the Voucher.
13. The Resort's normal terms and conditions of entry and capacity restrictions apply and the Voucher does not guarantee entry to the Resort.
14. The annual pass will be valid for entry to the Resort only and will not be valid for use at any other attraction.
15. Resort staff reserve the right to refuse to exchange the Voucher for an annual pass if they consider, in their absolute discretion that these terms and conditions have been breach or the identification provide is not valid.

18. If the voucher is damaged or defaced such that it is not possible to determine the order number the voucher shall become void and cannot be replaced.

Latest information regarding Coronavirus

Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the very difficult decision to close Thorpe Park Resort until further notice.

Have a short break booked when the Resort is closed?
Following the latest Government guidelines (issued on 10th May), and given the continued uncertainty about when we will be able to reopen, we are now asking guests with short breaks booked between 1st June up to and including 3rd July to move your booking free of charge (subject to availability). Please visit the Manage My Booking site to rearrange your booking.

Have a Park ticket pre-booked when the Resort is closed?
If you have booked a ticket to visit Thorpe Park Resort during the closure period your ticket will be valid for use on any date during the 2020 season (excluding FRIGHT NIGHTS and pre-advertised closed dates as outlined on our website). Further information for guests with pre-booked and promotional tickets will be published on our website prior to opening.
