For Hotel stays, group bookings, trade partners, carer tickets, annual pass holders, magic passes, complimentary tickets, Island Return Guarantee tickets or school bookings please visit the Ticket Sales Building on the day of entry to have your height measured and collect a free entry ticket. The accompanying ticket holder must be present.
*Entry is subject to a height check, anyone who measures 1.2m or over will be asked to purchase a ticket to gain entry. We will take the height of the person using the ticket on the day of entry only, all people gaining access using this ticket type must be present at the Ticket Sales Building when collecting. Measurements must be taken wearing shoes. Shoes must be flat (no high heels, platforms, or additional padding) and be worn when the height is being measured. Height measurements are taken from the top of the persons head, we do not include additional height from hair, hats, or accessories. Maximum of four free tickets with every paid online booking via thorpepark.com only, this must include at least one paid ticket.
