Key Visual Branding For 2019

With opening day a little over two weeks away, we want to give you a head start to the season with some tips that you can use on the day and throughout the year!

Plan Your Journey

As theme parks go, Thorpe Park is really easy to get to! There’s an option for every journey, just make sure you plan your journey in advance to avoid disruption to your day.

By Car

Thorpe Park Resort is within easy reach of London. From the M25 take junctions 11 or 13* and follow A320 to THORPE PARK.

By Train

Our closest stations are Staines and Chertsey, both of which serve London Waterloo, about 30 minutes away. Staines also has connections to Windsor, Reading Weybridge and many other South West locations.

By Bus

We have a dedicated shuttle bus. The blue 950 THORPE PARK Express Bus departs directly from Staines Railway Station, running every 15-20 minutes and will also stop by stand 2 at Staines Bus station before driving directly to THORPE PARK Resort.

You can also get several buses to Thorpe Park from Staines Bus Station (Elmsleigh Shopping Centre), which is a 5 minute walk from Staines Railway Station.

By Bike

For the super healthy thrill seeker, why not bike to Thorpe? There are several local cycle routes which will bring you right to our front gates!

By Plane

We are just 20 minutes from Heathrow airport, so perfect for those further afield and international travellers!

Get The Best Deal

Book online…seriously. Booking online means that you will have you e-ticket IN HAND and can march straight through the turnstiles when you arrive!

Also, booking in advance instantly knocks £23 off the price of a day ticket and it’s the same as far as parking is concerned. £10 on the day compared to £7 online! Paying for your parking before you arrive will also save you time at the end of the day.

Of course, with a Season Pass and Season Car Parking Pass, you won’t need to worry about either of those ;)

Maximise Your Day

Our opening weekend is usually very popular. Why not maximise your day with one of our Fastrack packages? We have a something for every type of thrillseeker! Check out our packages here!

Sleepovers Like No Other

After a day of thrills, why not relax in our cosy and quirky, Thorpe Shark Hotel!

There are some many benefits to booking a short break with us! Your parking is free, a delicious breakfast is included, free Fastrack until 11am, a minute’s walk from room to ride AND A SECOND FREE DAY!

For full details and booking, have a look here!

We hope you found these tips useful! Enjoy the next couple of weeks and see you on opening day :)

Latest information regarding Coronavirus

Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the very difficult decision to close Thorpe Park Resort until further notice.

Have a short break booked when the Resort is closed?
Following the latest Government guidelines (issued on 10th May), and given the continued uncertainty about when we will be able to reopen, we are now asking guests with short breaks booked between 1st June up to and including 3rd July to move your booking free of charge (subject to availability). Please visit the Manage My Booking site to rearrange your booking.

Have a Park ticket pre-booked when the Resort is closed?
If you have booked a ticket to visit Thorpe Park Resort during the closure period your ticket will be valid for use on any date during the 2020 season (excluding FRIGHT NIGHTS and pre-advertised closed dates as outlined on our website). Further information for guests with pre-booked and promotional tickets will be published on our website prior to opening.

We are determined to be here for you, your friends and your family offering otherworldly thrills and helping you create fantastic memories as we have done for decades and will continue to do for many more.

We’ll be sharing our full plans soon. In the meantime, please keep smiling, clapping and supporting each other. See you soon!
