Limb Differences

Important Information
Limb Difference Classification:In reference to our ride and attraction restrictions a missing limb is classed as any degree of difference including but not limited to fingers and toes. This is measured from your natural limbs; prosthetic limbs do not count as a limb.
Guests with a limb difference must still meet all height restrictions. If you have two missing legs, you may be asked to attend our First Aid Centre where you’ll be required to remove any prosthetic limbs, and your height measurement will be carried out on one of our beds.

Missing Limb Guide
Guests with any degree of missing limb can experience Amity Beach and Sunset Cinema. All other rides and attractions have restrictions depending on the location of the limb difference.
Please use our interactive guide here to see restrictions personalised to you.

Missing Limb Timecard
We have created a Missing Limb Timecard for guests to use whilst visiting us which has all the information you need regarding restrictions in a booklet. Please visit the Accessibility Kiosk upon your arrival to the Park (to the left of the turnstiles) and the team will issue you with the timecard and a wristband. Wristband colours correspond to the limb difference you have so the rides team can easily identify and support you as well as making access to rides a seamless experience.
Should you require support with queuing, this timecard can also be used for virtual queuing like our Ride Access Pass. More information on that system can be found here.

Prosthetic Limbs
Prosthetic limbs do not count toward the ride limb requirements, this is measured from your natural limb only.
Prosthetic limbs must be removed on the following rides before
- Flying Fish
- Hyperia
- Nemesis Inferno
- Rumba Rapids
- Saw: The Ride
- Storm Surge
- The Swarm
- The Walking Dead: The Ride
Please note that if you have two missing legs, you are required to have a prosthetic that can be brought to you in the case of an evacuation. Please speak with a member of the Guest Services team or contact us ahead of your visit for more information.
