VIP Theme Park Experiences & Packages

VIP Entry packages are available to purchase for every day of our operating season. If a date is unavailable to book, this is because we have reached our online capacity for bookings on this date. For enquiries, please email vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and the team will try their best to accommodate you!

Date changes are not guaranteed, but please email the VIP team at vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and they will see what they can do. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.

Your dedicated VIP host is yours for the whole day! You can enjoy the park from the minute it opens right up until the last ride of the day! When booking, please advise us of your arrival time so we can best plan your day.

All rides except for Depth Charge are included in your package, subject to availability on the day.

No, park entry is not included. Our climbs usually begin after the park has closed for the day, however some of our climbs may take place during our park opening hours and access to the park will be guided by your VIP Host, so the experience can be completed without a park entry ticket. Yes. Climbers must be aged 12+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+. Coaster Climbs may not be suitable for all due to the physical requirements. For Colossus and The SWARM, participants must be fully secured into a full-body harness. This may not be possible for some guests with a torso measurement more than 128cm or thigh measurement approaching 75cm. The full terms of the product are displaying in the checkout journey when purchasing a Coaster Climb.  

Please head to our Business Reception 15 minutes after the advertised closing time on the day of your climb. You can find Business Reception to the right of the admission turnstiles after you have gone through the security checks. 

If the weather is bad on the day, you will be contacted prior to your arrival and you will be able to re-book your experience through us for an alternative date.  

Parking is not included and can be purchased separately here.

The SWARM – Maximum of 3 participants can climb on each side.

Colossus – Maximum of 2 participants

PLEASE BE AWARE: Smaller groups may be asked to share the experience with another party. We cannot guarantee which side of The SWARM you will be able to climb. Groups may be split up.

Photography is permitted unless stated otherwise at specific areas of the climb. Phone holders are provided and must be used at all times. Cameras and go-pros are not permitted. Videos can be taken once stationary at the top of the coasters however, to ensure maximum safety, videos can not be taking whilst ascending and descending the coaster.

Yes.  Guests must be aged 12+.  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.  Backstage Tours may not be suitable for all due to the physical requirements.  Participants must be fully ambulant due to the use of stairs during the tour.

Groups of up to 12 can experience the backstage together. Please be aware that if you are in a group of less than 12 you may share the experience with another party.

Photography is permitted unless stated otherwise at specific sections of the tour however, to keep the experience exclusive to those attending, filming is strictly prohibited.

All rides are included in Ride & Shine, with the exception of Ghost Train, Samurai and Hyperia (Separate Package). Rides and attractions are subject to availability on the day.​

You do you! It’s the guest’s choice to enjoy the breakfast included within this VIP experience package. If the guest chooses not to indulge in breakfast at Vibes Bar & Kitchen, then it’s encouraged for them to give our VIP team notice. No refunds or partial refunds will be given if the guest chooses not to have the breakfast included in the VIP experience package.​

If this rare occasion occurs, then Priority Ride Passes will be given to guests who are unable to ride a ride before other guests. The number of passes issued is at the discretion of the VIP Duty Manager on the day. ​

Of course there is! Guests will be issued an exclusive ‘First Rider’ souvenir ticket once they’ve completed the experience. Guests on this VIP experience will also receive a lanyard and pin badge. Breakfast in Vibes Bar & Kitchen is usually only reserved for hotel guests, so this is also an exclusive for Ride n Shine guests too!​

There is a special upgrade price of £20pp for those staying in the hotel if they would like to book this VIP Experience.​
