We are sorry if you have a complaint about your visit.  From our experience the best way of dealing with a complaint is on the day of your visit at our Island Help and Information Centre, located just outside The Dome.

We will endeavour to get back to you within 5 days.  Where possible please include proof of visit and full details in your first contact.  If messaging us on social media, please do so directly to us so that your information remains confidential.
