The Golden Ticket entitles you to two day visits to Thorpe Park, one for dates up to and including the 23rd May 2024 and one for dates between 24th May 2024 and 30th Sept 2024. The second date range is after the opening of Hyperia, the UKs tallest and fastest rollercoaster.
No, you book the first date and can then book your second date via the Booking Portal (link provided in your confirmation email). Alternatively, you can book both dates and then move your second visit date via the booking portal.
You can book and amend your second visit date after purchasing the Golden Ticket. Click the ‘Manage your booking’ link in your booking confirmation. This opens up the Booking Portal where you can see the available dates to move your visit to. You can amend your second visit up to 5 times until midnight the day before your second visit. Please note, if you make a change via the booking portal, you can click on ‘email itinerary’ to receive a new e-mail confirmation or click on the link to view your tickets to check the change has been made.

Yes, you can amend up to 3 times, 5 days before event date. Please note this is different to the number of times and lead time for amending your visit.
The Golden Ticket is limited edition. If available, you can purchase additional tickets up to and including 23rd May 2024.
You can amend your second visit date up to 5 times until midnight the day before your second visit via the Booking Portal.
It means that date has sold out and you need to select a different date. There is good availability of tickets across all dates including weekends and holidays. Some of the more popular dates may sell out, so book early for the best availability.
No, all Fright Nights dates are not available with the Golden Ticket and a separate ticket would be required for entry.
No, all guests under 1.2m can visit for free. If accompanying a Golden Ticket holder, there is no need to pre-book a ticket for guests under 1.2m. On the day of your visit, please head to the Ticket Centre (before you go through security) to be measured and collect your entry ticket. The holder of the Golden Ticket must be with you. Up to a maximum of 4 free under 1.2m tickets are permitted per Golden Ticket purchased.
If accompanying a Golden Ticket holder, there is no need to pre-book a Carer ticket. On the day of your visit, please head to the Ticket Sales building (before you go through security) to collect your entry ticket. The holder of the Golden Ticket must be with you. 1 free Carer ticket is permitted per Golden Ticket purchased.
For proof of disability please bring one of the following forms of documentation:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- A valid Blue Badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
- Credibility's Access Card, with at least the Essential Companions (+1) symbol awarded.
A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The carer would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing this for the duration of the visit.
