All Ride Access Pass applications must be completed online, at least 7 days before your visit. Our recommended documentation for a Ride Access Pass is an Access Card which can be obtained on this link. On the day registration will no longer be available at our Theme Parks.
We will shortly be changing the process for any new Ride Access Pass applications. They will be handled by our new Accessibility Partner, Access Card, one the UK's largest disability accreditation organisations.
The Ride Access Pass application remains free, with the option to upgrade to a full Access Card for £15. Existing Ride Access Pass holders can continue to use their card as normal. More information to follow.

Planning a day out like no other that’s tailored to your needs
Here at THORPE PARK Resort we recognise that every guest is individual, therefore we want to ensure each experience is unique. For this reason we want to take the time to understand guests needs and provide them with a personalised Accessibility Day Planner valid for one season which will provide detailed Resort and attraction accessibility information.
Before your visit please reach out to the Guest Experience team to begin creating your Accessibility Day Planner. The quickest method of contact is via Live Chat - simply click the 'Message us' button on the side of your screen and type in 'Plan My Day'. Alternatively you can also call us on: 01932 577131.
The team will need your visit date, your case number for your Ride Access Pass (if you don't have this, you must register here first), and your contact details. Once you have made initial contact the team will then reach out to have a further conversation about your individual needs before sending you your plan via email. The team at the Access Hub, outside the Lower Dome will also be available to speak through your plan with you on the day. We recommend you bring this plan with you on the day.
Theme Park Carer Tickets
Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer ticket. You can reserve entry space for a carer here. Please bring valid documentation with you on your visit in order to collect your tickets from our Island Ticket Centre.
Full information on valid types of documentation can be found on our help centre article.
BALPPA Statement on public safety for disabled people
Members of the British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions (BALPPA) welcome visits by disabled people and will do all that is possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable stay. However, certain rides/attractions in our parks can be physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides/attractions should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. We have been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. We hope that you understand and accept the decisions made in the interest of your safety.
