Getting Over The January Blues

There is so much jammed into the last quarter of the year!

As soon as the leaves start turning those beautiful shades of red and orange, we know that FRIGHT NIGHTS is on our doorstep. After a month of scares, we’re rewarded with bonfire night and as Santa shaped chocolate has been in the shops for six weeks by this point, Christmas and New Years are not far off.

Do Theme Parks Hibernate Over Winter?

So the gates have closed here at THORPE PARK Resort until March 2019 (although We do still get the odd guest arrive at around 9am asking if we’re open (please, please, PLEASE check the website before any visit, guys!)).

Thank You for an AMAZING 2018 Season!!!

Well…that’s it for another year. We know! We would say ‘time flies’ but it doesn’t, it stays at a constant rate and is actually a man-made concept, but that’s not important. What is important is that it seems like only yesterday we opened our gates for 2018. As the evenings become longer and the temperature drops, let’s grab a hot chocolate and reminisce about this fantastic season past.
